On average, delivery takes place within 10 business days after an order was shipped, but can take up to 3 weeks based on your location. The warehouse works hard to pack orders as soon as possible, but during high load it may take some time for the order to ship.

How can I track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to track your order's progress on our website or the shipping carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
My order hasn't arrived
If your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or it has been 14 days since the last tracking update, please submit a support request here.
My order arrived damaged
Sometimes a package may be damaged during transit, but fortunately enough they are all covered by shipping insurance! If your package has arrived damaged, please submit a support request here. Be sure to include photos of both the damaged packing and items.
My order arrived incomplete
If your order arrived incomplete, please check your package for any signs of tampering. Take pictures of the packaging, as well as all items that were received, and include them in the support request that can be submitted here.
