Orders and Payments

My order was canceled immediately after I ordered

An automated anti-fraud system is enabled in our store, which automatically cancels all suspicious orders. Cancellations occur before we capture payments, so you should get your money back quickly, depending on your bank, which might lead to two separate charges showing up on your bank statement. Please contact your bank to learn how they handle canceled authorizations.
To avoid this with your next order, make sure you input a valid billing address that matches your registered credit card info. If you are still having issues, make sure you are not using a VPN.

I would like to return my order

If you want to return your purchase, please take a look at our Refund Policy to make sure your order is eligible to be returned. If it is, please contact us. Be sure to include photos of the intact seals where required.

I want to change or cancel my order

Orders are pushed to the warehouse immediately after the payment is received, so we can't make any changes after the order is placed. If you want to return your Flipper, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the device, and make sure you don't open the product box. If you want to correct the shipping address, please try contacting the carrier.

Where to buy

Flipper Zero and its accessories can be purchased from several online retailers, each with its own shipping policies and restrictions. To check if there's a licensed retailer for your location, select your country on How To Buy page and see the list of available sellers. Purchasing from any seller not present on the list is strongly not recommended, as it might lead to getting scammed.

What payment methods are accepted

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. You can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pre-paid gift cards, such as those provided by Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be available in the future.

Shipping

General Information

On average, delivery takes place within 10 days after an order was shipped, but can take up to 3 weeks based on your location. The warehouse works hard to pack orders as soon as possible, but during high load it may take some time for the order to ship.
We only have information about shipping-related matters from our official store. For questions related to shipping of our partnered stores, please contact them.

How can I track my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to track your order's progress on our website or the shipping carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

My order hasn't arrived

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or it has been 14 days since the last tracking update, please contact us.

My order arrived damaged

Sometimes a package may be damaged during transit, but fortunately enough they are all covered by shipping insurance! If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us. Be sure to include photos of both the damaged packing and items.

My order arrived incomplete

Please check your package for any signs of tampering and contact us. Be sure to include photos of the packaging, as well as all items that were received.
